Babson Softball Alumni, Family, and Friends,
We need your help as we look to get to 500 donors in this year’s Barefoot Challenge!

Over the past year, I have been truly humbled and overwhelmed with gratitude by the enthusiasm and support you all have shown for our Babson Softball program! Through your donations, sponsorships, presence at our games/alumni events and our first-ever golf tournament we have been able to elevate our program in truly remarkable ways.

As a Class of 2020 Babson alumna, the opportunity to come home to Babson and empower this highly talented group of student-athletes is an incredible honor. This year our team has been hard at work to continue to elevate the standard and culture of our program both on and off the field.

Last year, we broke records in the Barefoot Challenge with our program’s first-ever 1st place finish in the Challenge, most dollars raised in program history, AND most donors participated! 🏆

This year, we are now looking to take it to a new level to continue to help us give our student-athletes a world-class experience!

Thank you in advance for your continued support of Babson and Babson Softball. Your support will set up our program to reach both short-term and long-term growth. All donations directly influence our student-athletes and are crucial in our ability to create opportunities on and off the field.

Your support helps our program in so many important ways, contributing to the following:

• 100% of part-time assistant coach salaries
• Spring training trip costs
• Average cost of $35,000 per trip with a goal to take 2 trips per year to compete against the best talent in the country
• Team equipment
• Team bats ($5,000)
• Catcher’s gear ($1,000)
• Practice/game uniforms ($10,000)
• In game technology and software
• GoRout on-field play-calling devices/subscription ($3,500)
• Subscription to 6-4-3 Charts Data Visualization Platform ($1,000)
• Team meals on the road ($700-1,000 per meal)
• Expand recruiting on a national level
• Team building and enrichment including events, books, guest speakers and more ($3,000+)
• Locker room upgrades ($2,000+)
